Experience Kingdom Murasaki Mura

Murasaki Mura, the Experience Kingdom, was originally established as a filming location for the NHK historical drama "Winds of Ryukyu." The red-tiled roof buildings, stone paving, and tropical plants such as banyan trees recreate the atmosphere of the Ryukyu Dynasty, and you can enjoy the era just by strolling around the facility. Currently, it is the most diverse experience facility in the prefecture, and you can casually experience Okinawa's traditions and food culture by experiencing sanshin playing, brown sugar making, shisa making, karate, and Okinawa soba making.

Yachimun Village

Yachimun means pottery in the Okinawan dialect. Okinawa is blessed with rich soil, and pottery has been popular since ancient times, with pottery studios opening climbing kilns together. At the center of Yachimun Village is a climbing kiln with a red tile roof, unique to Okinawa. The climbing kiln at Yachimun Village is the largest in the prefecture. Many potters, including the late Living National Treasure Kinjo Jiro, are working on traditional Yachimun production.

Cape Zanpa

Cape Zanpa is a scenic spot with a wonderful view from the cliffs. In particular, at sunset, the surrounding islands and the sea are dyed a beautiful orange color, creating a moving sight.
